LIV Agency uses the information submitted through forms linking to this notice to respond to your request for a life insurance consultation with Brandon Oliva. This notice covers that inquiry, appointment booking and related follow-up. It does not authorize the sale of your inquiry or distribution to other agents for their own marketing.

Brandon and authorized people supporting LIV's consultation service may access information needed for that work. Providers supporting our customer records, scheduling, communications, hosting and service operations may process it on LIV's behalf for those purposes. If you choose to apply for insurance, the relevant insurer may receive information needed for that application under the applicable disclosures and permissions.
We do not sell or rent consultation leads. We do not distribute these inquiries to other agents or third-party marketers for their independent marketing. Mobile numbers and text-message consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Providers supporting delivery and operation of our service may process that information only for that support.
CALLS, TEXTS AND EMAIL
The contact choices presented with your form govern how LIV may reach you. Phone verification is not separate marketing consent. Providing an email does not sign you up for unrelated promotions. Where offered, consent to automated calls or texts is optional and is not a condition of purchasing insurance. You may contact Brandon directly instead.

Facebook and Instagram process activity on their platforms under Meta's privacy policy. This notice does not authorize sending sensitive application, health or financial information to advertising platforms.

Retention depends on the record's purpose and applicable insurance, business and legal obligations. Withdrawal records and information required by law may need to be kept after a request.
